How to climb Mount Everest?

"A journey of a thousand miles starts under one's feet"

Chapter 64 of the Tao Te Ching ascribed to Lao Tsu

Mount Everest

1. Start at the Base Camp

The training is split up into three main sections. In the first section, called Base Camp, we will focus on increasing the awareness of your body. Each section is split up into 5 subsections (a - e). At the end of each subsection, you will receive a certificate. This certificate is to track your personal progress and should not be compared with your fellow students.

Training outline:

  • Base Camp
  • Camp 1
  • Summit

Just to set some expectations, in live classroom training, I take one year for each section. Online you can train at your own pace.

The main motto in Tai Chi and any other practice: you can only learn by exercise, exercise and exercise.

2. Camp I

In the second section, called Camp I, we will focus on Dissolving Your Stress.

The main motto in Tai Chi and any other practice: you can only learn by exercise, exercise and exercise.
