Lesson 6

The fifth relaxation exercise will loosen the hardening in the spine. Recognize the three main divisions:

  • cervical vertebrae= 7
  • thoracic vertebrae= 12
  • lumbar vertebrae = 5
    Notice stretching and energetic sensations in long back muscles. Only enlarge the intervertebral space when bending from an upward force.
