Lesson 5
The fifth relaxation exercise will loosen the hardening in the spine. Recognize the three main divisions:
- cervical vertebrae= 7
- thoracic vertebrae= 12
- lumbar vertebrae = 5
Notice stretching and energetic sensations in long back muscles. Only enlarge the intervertebral space when bending from an upward force.
