Lesson 3

In this lesson, you will learn the third awareness exercise: “Opening the joints”. Change in the position of the joints using the upward force pass through the body like a wave. When sinking, the muscles relax. The energetic impression of being longer is well experienced in all directions. Opening the joints will lead to better energy flow throughout the whole body.
